I like the sound of that but is it alive in the sense we understand or does it require other sentience, in this case humans, to give it structure?
Some of that is very similar to Harpur's daimons and Keels ideas of transmogrified beings that require us for their ultimate existence in some fundamental way we don't yet understand. It could explain much if not all of paranormal and occult events.
As I said I suspect there are many on the cutting edge out there who are interested in these ideas and some may be connected to govt programs.
You may be a leading edge thinker that is talked about in the halls of secrecy where bizarre covert ideas are debated.

As far as a leading edge I doubt it and would prefer to be a fellow traveler with obsessive curiosity. Wow, quite a question...a good one...I only have questions...As far as defining lifeforms, energy forms,forms of sentience and forms of intelligence which hold in common the states and stations of this storage, transformation and exchange of energy which can be likened in my own mind to forms of condensation in a Pythagorean sense that constitute a spectrum or symphony much larger than we can find sensate evidence for.....I have to ask myself are we nothing more than a mirror that reflective of experiential energy and all energy is information. and the vast differentiation of variation of these individuated focal points in the human species ..then.lead me to consider..is there another species that as we, exchanges transforms and stores energy from a lower source to a "stepped up" product whose locus is consciousness that is self contained...self organizing in a manner that lies above the bacterial,cellular, mineral, organizations or condensations of these states? Is there a stable state of organized energy that is parasitic to our own as we are parasitic to other forms ? Would consciousness itself a form of energetic food higher than mineral cellular etc etc...in other words has all these vast complex transformational processes which organically created consciousness..create it just to be wasted as it were? The evidence based on these processes says...no, everything eats and is eaten...Further it would seem that this speculative species in order to digest an energetic field of consciousness would require a much differing dimensional state as well....highly speculative...but I find it a useful tool to ponder with...and my gut sense is that perhaps we are dealing with a form of life that is so alien to our concepts of what is possible..as we have nothing even vaguely similar to compare it to...this "species" may always remain elusive...I suspect that like us it is a borrower, a mimic, a collector..however as it has no form of itself, it is dependent on its meal ticket of sense forms and we to it to so consequently...it only be seen as a chimera...I have probably given Carol a doozy of a migraine...its hard to describe what is largely indescribable from how I envision this possibility...

That works for me and is the same general direction I have been heading in for several years now.
I think you have stated it as well as can be said with our current level of understanding and technology.
