There was a video a few months back taken by a closed-circuit camera in New Mexico that looked like a ghost but turned out to be a spider on the camera lens. Here is the redux on this - only this time it is a blue cloud that seems to hang out at a Marathon gas station in Parma, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland. here's a link to a series of still pics:

It could be the ghost of my dead wallet, killed by a few too many fill-ups. Seriously, I wonder if this is simply some kind of reflection?

I just watched Anderson Cooper on CNN and they showed the video of that blue thingy.
He ummmmm said it was probably a gimmick to attract more customers lol. _________________ "It's our choices that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities."

Here is a local news video of the blue thing. They speculate that, whatever it is, it seems to move like a seal:
The video was taken at night and, undoubtedly the bright lights of a gas station would attract plenty of flying insects. To my eye, however, this does not look like a something on or near the lens. It's movements are pretty fluid as well - not the jerky kind of movements we usually associate with insects. I suppose it is possible that the image bled through from another source (like the RF interference we've mentioned in other threads). Still it is pretty weird.

The weirdest part was when it seems to "land" on the windshield of a car.
It certainly did not LOOK like an insect. If it was just some kind of reflection, then whatever was causing it would have to be moving.
Awwww it was probably a weather balloon lol ...or swamp gas!!! _________________ "It's our choices that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities."

I think Atar is on one of his secret missions - otherwise I'm sure he'd weigh in on this. Hopefully, he'll emerge from deep cover to comment.

Youtube is now home to all kinds of odd personalities - this one calling himself Captain Disillusion. In this episode, the good Captain give a fairly cogent and humorous explanation for the gas station ghost:
