Well, the forum hosts have been warning me for a number of months that they wanted everyone to convert to a new version of the forum software. I have dragged my feet, one, because I didn't have time to devote to the upgrade process and two, because the new version would have cost us some of the functionality that we've become used to.

Now they have set a June 1 deadline for turning off the old software - the hosts will automatically upgrade us to the new version but that probably means the place will look like a mess until I have the opportunity come in and fix things up.

I just wanted to make sure that no one panicked when the place went kerflooie. I promise I will get in here as quickly as possible and try to make the place habitable.

What do you mean by "kerflooie"? ( my dictionary hasn't gor it yet - gee- how can I make your slang? ) The place is like always, everything works, no bother.
