Hello people, I have been having this strange dream…….I am stranded alone on an island and there is really no one there. The island seems to be deserted and I am looking to escape from there. I have no one to consult there and suddenly I feel as if someone is coming from a distance…and there you go…the dream ends right away.
Can you help me know what this dream means!!!

| Well…not a very weird one. Usually people get such sort of dreams and may be, being lonely indicates that you are lonely in your life. There can be certain dream interpretations according to different people. May be others can interpret this dream in any other way.

Our brains are really pretty clever at presenting problems to us metaphorically. The concept of being alone or isolated may mean any number of things -- good and bad. I think it is interesting that you feel the presence of someone approaching. What are you feeling - do you feel fear or what?

I have weird dreams all the time...in fact I hardly ever have a mundane one.
I used to try and figure out what they mean. Now I just enjoy them and don't bother analyzing them.

I have bloody awful dreams, very wierd and unsettling.
Usually if I sit and think about them I can start to conect most of the content to the events of the previous few days. A lot of dreams are just info dumps of stored and no longer useful data IMO.
I only once had a dream that I could consider in any way predictive, and even that was more symbolic than lucid. _________________ Now we must praise the keeper of the heavenly kingdom

We are not the only species that dreams so you have to wonder - do our dreams serve the same purpose or non-purpose as they do for dogs?
For me, I am very disturbed by occasional dreams in which I display real fits of anger. I am not like that in real life - but it makes me wonder whether I have this unresolved anger than needs to be resolved.
