Hmmm I posted here and it said I could not post again so soon after my last post?????? huh???
Anyway...I THINK I said what an awesome house and the price was very reasonable in todays market.
It WOULD make a great place for a Dept 47 get together.
Of course we will need a lot of "ale in" the house!

One hundred and thirty thousand??? Cripes that wouldnt even buy you a building lot in Conn.What an interesting idea but somehow having a house on stilts would bother me.
